Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing Heal Through Art. These policies help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What's Included
Each session includes only the items listed in your selected package. Wardrobe, hair styling, and makeup are not included. Clients are responsible for their own clothing, hair, and makeup unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Image Delivery & Editing
Your professionally edited digital images will be delivered through a private online gallery in 15 days after shooting. RAW (unedited) images are not included. Image editing includes professional color correction, exposure adjustments, and light skin retouching while preserving your natural appearance. Extensive retouching or 'magazine-style' editing, including body reshaping or significant facial alterations, is not included.
Copyright & Privacy
All photographs remain the copyright of Simone Dib / Heal Through Art. Unless requested otherwise, by booking a session you grant permission for selected images to be used in my portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions, printed materials, and other promotional content. If you would prefer your images to remain completely private, simply let me know before your session. Your privacy will be fully respected, and your photographs will never be shared publicly without your permission.
Weather
If severe weather makes your outdoor session unsafe or impossible, your session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Location
Outdoor or indoor sessions can take place in Santa Monica or nearby areas until 15 miles, more than that an extra charge will be add depend on the distance. Location is choosing by client. I'm happy to suggest places, but must to be somewhere that you feel connect and safe.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your booking and reserve your session date.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Life happens. You may reschedule your session once at no additional cost by providing at least 36 hours' notice. If you cancel your session more than 36 hours in advance, 75% of your payment will be refunded. The remaining 25% is non-refundable, as it secures your reserved session date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 36 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.
Safety
For everyone's comfort and safety, I reserve the right to end or decline a session if the environment becomes unsafe, inappropriate, or does not allow me to work respectfully and professionally.
